A deserted waiting room. After her knee surgery, Emely is sitting in a doctor's office, waiting for her brother Jonah to (finally) pick her up.
When they meet, the two go through a rapid change between seriousness and lightness, closeness and alienation. We experience siblinghood, confrontations with unfulfilled expectations and falling back into old, childish patterns. At the end there is the (unspoken) realisation: somehow everything is and remains the same.
